Often the situation looks completely different from the client’s point of view and that of the law and its enforcements. There are cases with predictable outcomes due to well-established judicial practice but most cases are unique

I have realized that most fair and beneficial decisions are always made by clients themselves, not by the court. That's what brought me to mediation and I start all my cases offering it

For more than 20 years of my continuous judicial practice I have become convinced that most conflicts can and should be resolved through negotiations. That's why I called my project "Presumption of Trust". I have introduced marital mediation into my work with well-off families. It is important for them to maintain absolute confidentiality and resolve their conflicts through negotiations rather than confrontation in a court

I am absolutely sure that the resolving family or business conflicts through negotiations is a manifestation of strength, not weakness, as many people may think. The ability to take responsibility for the final decision makes it possible not only to avoid the negative scenario between the parties but also to resolve the issue and remain equal in the eyes of each other.

The Master's program “Psychoanalysis and Psychoanalytic Business Consulting” allowed me to work more deeply in the field combining law, mediation and psychoanalysis. All that gives me the opportunity to provide comprehensive services for my clients both in business and personal matters.
